Privacy and personal data processing policy
The administration of the site, hereinafter referred to as the site, respects the personal information of users. In this regard personal information provided by users is used solely to ensure the operation of the site and for no other purpose.

To use the site, during registration personal information about the user is collected, namely:
  • Full Name;
  • Email address;
  • Contact telephone numbers;

The site also collects and processes impersonal data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Google Analytics and others);

The data listed above further in the text of the Policy are united by the general concept of Personal Data.

When registering on the site, the user provides consent to collect and use his/her personal data. By providing any information about himself, the user confirms and provides his consent that he/she is informed about the rights provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the purpose of collection and processing of personal data, composition and content of collected personal data.

The purpose of collecting and processing the personal data of the user is to ensure the implementation of the relationship between the user and the site administration. Personal data of participants are processed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010 №2297 (Law №2297).

Personal data is collected by the site administration in order to identify the user, send information via mail and/or e-mail and fulfill contractual obligations to provide services, process payments, provide reporting, improve the quality of services.

The site administration uses generally accepted standards of technological and operational protection of information and personal data from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. The site administration ensures the use of all relevant confidentiality obligations and technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful disclosure or processing of such information and data, accidental loss, destruction or damage.

Disclosure of personal data without the consent of the User or his authorized person is allowed in cases specified by law and only in the interests of national security, economic prosperity and human rights, in particular, but not limited to reasonable requests from public authorities, who have the right to apply and receive such data.
